Solicitors
The conditions and deeds are available for viewing prior to the auction date and your solicitor can check these before you bid.
Surveys
Please note that all our properties can be surveyed prior to the date although some may already have home reports in place.
Viewing
Please contact the estate agent where stated for viewing arrangements or contact us on 0870 0858100 for viewings. Some lots may be tenented and not available for viewing, however this will be stated on the property information. Many of the properties operate under a block viewing process and entry is on a first come first served basis.
Deposits
A deposit together with a buyers premium is paid to secure the property and this is paid directly to the auctioneers when you have been successful.
Conditions
Please note that many of our lots by their nature have specific conditions placed on them by the seller and these will be made known by the specific conditions of sale. Ideally you should make yourself aware of these prior to bidding.
Date of Entry
Usually within 28 Days of the hammer dropping but this can be sooner. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid prior to/on date of entry.
